Financial stability with Real Estate

The real estate and holdings of Citadel Enterprises contribute significantly to our group's financial stability and our spread of risks. Our focus is on commercially operating buildings and sites in the Dutch business market. We manage the buildings and sites for our own companies and third parties and all our properties are related to the core business of Citadel Enterprises.

Spreading the risk by investing

Citadel Enterprises invests by acquiring participating interests that enable us to spread risks. The interests we hold therefore make an important contribution to our group’s financial stability. We acquire interests in companies outside our core business. They are placed in our "Investments" group and can include holdings of less than 50%. Citadel Maritime is an example.
